Hello! My name is Mrs. Kohlmann!
I grew up in Kimberly, WI and graduated from St. Norbert College in 2011. I got married on August 16th (woo hoo!), and live in Luxemburg with my wonderful husband. I love the town and am so excited to be teaching 6th grade for the third year at St. Mary School! Other than school, I like to do a lot of things like: reading, road biking, mountain biking, playing volleyball, watching other sports, hiking, camping, watching movies and listening to music.
I became a teacher because I enjoy learning new things, working with the youth and living a joyful life for the Glory of God. St. Mary School has been a perfect fit for me. I love that part of our school day consists of either going to Holy Mass or praying the Rosary. I also thoroughly enjoy teaching so many subjects because I'm constantly challenged and learning new things. This is my third year, and I still haven't decided which is my favorite subject in school because I like them all! However, I do know my favorite part about teaching so far: meeting the awesome 6th graders and watching them grow throughout their last year at St. Mary's. School. Seeing the progress from September to June and beyond has been such a joy. School for me is the most fun with a classroom of students who are ready to work hard and have fun learning new things. I know that it's going to be another great year!
